Care Gap Alerts
You can find missing recommended services (care gaps) for your AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania (PA) Community HealthChoices (CHC) Participants on NaviNet. To access this important information, choose the Report Inquiry option from the transaction menu. Also, Care Gap Alerts will appear on your screen (if applicable) when you check a Participant’s eligibility and benefits.
If you do not have access to these reports, please see your NaviNet Security Officer. Care Gaps from AmeriHealth Caritas PA CHC are:
