Benefit Limits and Services Not Covered

AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania (PA) Community HealthChoices (CHC) may not cover all of your health care expenses. You may be responsible for payment of services if you have been told in advance that AmeriHealth Caritas PA CHC does not cover the services. It is important to check with your PCP or AmeriHealth Caritas PA CHC Participant Services department to find out which health care services are covered.

For those services that have limits, if you or your provider believes that you need more services than the limit on the service allows, you or your provider can ask for more services through the prior authorization process.
